convenient location nice smell perfect hotel
the hotel's location right next to the train station REALLY impressed me. the reception area had a nice smell. also, the hotel was very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

the superior double room had a large, comfortable bed with good pillows. a complimentary bottled water waited on the first night. the bathroom included both a deep bath and separate shower. i liked the robe and slippers provided. the room was warm when the weather turned freezing.

the gym includes sufficient equipment for a decent workout. i noted several treadmills and stationary bikes are available. the pool area has many loungers and a shaded section for relaxation for most guests.

great location cute staff
the location near the train station was great. it gave me easy access to the city center. the staff was amazing i found them very cute.
i did find a stained carpet in my room. the toilet door was also hard to open and close. this was not ideal

Superb Stay near Greenwich!
cute staff friendly service delicious pudding helpful staff
The staff were cute. I especially enjoyed the Greenwich Gin at the bar. Abhay made the evening extra special with his friendly service. The toffee pudding from the restaurant deserves a mention. It was delicious! Manju helped organize the Christmas social event, she was helpful.
I found the water flow from the tap quite poor.

The hotel is very accessible. It is right beside the train station and near bus stops. The room was spacious. It allowed me to relax . The staff was friendly at the entrance and in the bar.
I found the bathroom plugs to be dirty. The bedroom curtains also had stains. The noise levels were high. I could hear a lot of street noise. The prices seemed high considering some of the issues encountered.

Natalia at the front desk was very helpful. I really appreciated her efficiency. the hotel had a modern design, and the beds were very comfortable. i also found the location to be quite convenient. It made exploring the area so simple! i really enjoyed my time here.
i noticed a slight issue with the shower's water pressure. It was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms have good soundproofing. It helped ensure a quiet and restful night's sleep. each room included very good facilities and i thought they were well decorated and inviting. the beds were spacious and very comfortable.

this hotel is close to both the train and dlr stations, it allows for easy access to various attractions. it is also near a few grocery stores including aldi and sainsbury. the hotel's proximity to the town center is another plus, especially for enjoying various shops and restaurants.

the staff at the reception desk were helpful and cute. i found them efficient when i needed anything. the staff also provided very good recommendations for local attractions. i will always remember that kindness.
